I haven't had time to paint since I have been spending many hours working on moving my manuscript into a Kindle format. It is a tedious, frustrating process. I did get the cover designed, but couldn't attach the image from the app, so I took a screen shot. Not great, but you get the general idea.

this is still one of my favorite figurative paintings that I made in the last couple of years.

Last night was the opening of a new group show at the beautiful Pergola gallery. It is the oldest gallery in San Miguel.
I got there early to polish my new paintings and meet some people who will be attending next month's workshops.

Ashland Oregon

I leave Ashland tomorrow and will get to Mexico City VERY early Wednesday. I have been enjoying breathing clean sweet air on the morning walks.

 I am in Ashland Oregon for my grandson's graduation. And to be able to wake up pain free after a week of treatments,
This is the first time in 3 years I have seen all 3 of my grandsons together. The warmth of the love takes the chill out of my bones. I am not used to cold and damp anymore, but the sun came out today and the strength of the green is amazing and beautiful

  I have been suffering from compressed vertebrae in my neck and resulting nerve pain. When the pain was less, I worked on this piece. I am not sure about it. It may be over worked. What do you think?

I am going to the States for 2 weeks for a grandson's high school graduation. A change of scene and some healing Lomi Lomi from my son-in-law will be welcome.

A one-day beauty greeted me this morning when I went to the terrace to water my raised vegetable garden.
